Neeku Gogoi leads and effectively manages TheraTraQ India. As the India lead, she is responsible for overseeing project operations, project delivery, and driving a cohesive team of talented associates. Her priorities include driving client success, leadership development, talent strategy, process enhancements and supporting global project teams.

Ms. Gogoi has 10+ years of comprehensive experience working in the pharmaceuticals and healthcare market with expertise in competitive intelligence.

Ms. Gogoi helped establish the TheraTraQ India team from scratch in 2020 and has since created a high-performance-driven secondary research talent base in India. She has deep knowledge about multiple therapy areas with specialization in immunology, neurology, and biosimilars. She has a strong impact on the TheraTraQ teams and she continues to foster a growth environment for them.

Prior to joining TheraTraQ, Ms. Gogoi worked with a data analytics and insights company, where she supported some of the key pharma accounts on their CI strategy. In her previous experience, she also played a key role in setting up a healthcare startup company in India.

Ms. Gogoi holds an MS in biotechnology.
