Known for her forward-thinking and proactive approach, Jacqui leads cross-functional and cross-geographical teams, driving initiatives that bridge clinical development with successful commercial outcomes.
Jacqui’s career began in healthcare and transitioned into key commercial roles at Merck Serono and Sanofi/Genzyme, where she managed international drug launches and lifecycle strategies for leading therapies in neurology and immunology. Since moving into consultancy, she has worked across a broad range of therapeutic areas, identifying growth opportunities and enhancing stakeholder engagement to drive impactful client solutions.
Her leadership fosters a culture of collaboration, ensuring that every project delivers measurable value and aligns with the company’s long-term vision for success.
Outside of work, Jacqui stays active with HIIT workouts and competes in triathlons. She enjoys attending music festivals, exploring new culinary experiences, and spending time with her family and friends.
