Erik Nordhoy is the founder and CEO of SAI MedPartners, LLC, established in 2011. He has driven the company’s expansion across the U.S., Europe, Asia, and India, positioning SAI as a leader in healthcare strategy and business intelligence. Erik oversees strategic initiatives that fuel client growth and innovation in the biopharmaceutical, medical device, and healthcare sectors.
Before founding SAI MedPartners, Erik was the President of SAI Healthcare, leading the firm to success in strategy and intelligence services until its acquisition by IMS Health in 2005. At IMS, he held senior roles, including Global Head of the Competitive Intelligence Group and Vice President of Thought Leadership, where he focused on competitive intelligence, portfolio strategy, and strategic planning.
With over two decades of experience, Erik has built high-performance teams and led a wide range of client engagements, from therapeutic area strategy and market-entry planning to opportunity assessment and wargaming. His work empowers clients to make confident, informed decisions in complex market landscapes.
Outside of work, Erik enjoys tennis, skiing, and other sports, traveling, and spending time with his kids and granddaughter.
