Yvette Pan has over 20 years of experience in human resources and coaching. As Vice President, she oversees the full spectrum of human resources from recruitment and employee well-being to training and exit management. She specializes in leadership development and coaching.
Before joining SAI Med Asia, Yvette worked at Parexel International and Strategic Analysis Asia, where she worked as HR Business Partner to support business growth. Yvette holds an MSc in human resource management from the University of Surrey.
Outside of work, Yvette enjoys practicing yoga and drawing visual metaphors. She is passionate about exploring human potential.
