Sarah Kitchen is the Director of Human Resources, supporting a collaborative environment that allows SAI MedPartners employees to deliver their best work with passion and quality. She is an active practitioner in developing strategies to attract new talent, providing career development opportunities, change management initiatives and creating and delivering organizational training and programs. Ms. Kitchen works across all business units and at all levels to develop effective working relationships to ensure employees are engaged and growing professionally.

Ms. Kitchen has more than 14 years of HR experience with large- and mid-sized corporations. She has a BA in economics/business administration and an MA in employment and labor relations from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
