Celia Deng has over 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry, with a particular focus on the Asia market. As President of SAI Med Asia, she is responsible for developing Asia-focused healthcare consulting and research services to support multinational healthcare companies’ ambitions in driving growth across the region. Celia specializes in Asia market opportunity assessment, go-to-market model advisory, and strategic market access support.
Before joining SAI MedPartners, Celia worked in multinational healthcare companies across investment, strategic planning, marketing, and sales functions, covering APAC and emerging market regions for 12 years. She then established the China business from scratch for other well-known healthcare consultancy firms. Celia holds an MBA from Lancaster University in the UK, and bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering from Zhejiang University in China.
Outside of work, Celia enjoys cross-culture travels, dubbing for novels, and gourmet experiences. She is also passionate about leadership development, team coaching, and exploring spiritual & psychological insights.
