Dr. Melissa Crampsie brings over 17 years of experience in pharmaceutical product development, including 11 years in consulting. As Senior Vice President at SAI MedPartners, she leads the Oncology Business Unit, supporting pharmaceutical and biotech clients with strategic insights and tailored expertise to advance drug development across all stages of the life cycle. Melissa is known for fostering thought partnership and delivering actionable solutions that drive client satisfaction and long-term collaboration.
Before joining SAI MedPartners, Melissa held various roles in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry, spanning R&D, product development, and manufacturing. She has managed numerous projects for both pipeline and branded drugs, consistently achieving strong client outcomes.
Melissa holds a PhD in pharmacology and an MBA from Penn State University, as well as a dual BS in pharmaceutical product development and molecular biology from West Chester University.
Outside of work, Melissa enjoys spending time with her family. She has been an active member of her town’s recreation commission for over 12 years, organizing and volunteering at community events throughout the year.
